Music takes your privacy seriously and will use your personal information only
to administer your ticket purchases, to seek and administer donations, and to
send you information about our concerts and similar events that may be of
interest to you, if you are happy for us to do so.
If you prefer not to receive such communications from us, please let us know by
email, phone or post, and we will delete your details from our mailing list.

your name, address, email, telephone number, ticket purchases and, where
relevant, donation amounts and gift-aid details

we use this information only for:
letting you know about our concerts and similar events that may be of interest
to you, and general information about Naunton Music; processing ticket
purchases; seeking and processing donations

we never pass your details to anyone else, with the sole exception of when we
claim gift-aid from HMRC
• you can ask us at any time to delete your details from our mailing list - just contact us by email, post or phone
Our
purpose:
• The object of Naunton Music, as a charity, is "to foster the public’s knowledge and appreciation of music and thereby the advancement and support of the arts, culture and education for the public benefit; this is achieved in particular by the presentation of high quality public concerts with low ticket prices. To achieve this object, it is necessary, amongst other things, to market the concerts directly to potential ticket-buyers, to seek donations to support the charity, and to process the ticket purchases and donations.
The
legal bases for our processing of your personal information are:

The necessary processing, regarding your concert and general enquiries, and
ticket purchases and donations

'Legitimate interests' (as understood in the General Data Protection Regulation)
